Housing built to give back.
Ease is more than a place to live—it’s how we’re working to make downtown living fairer, more affordable, and better connected to the community around it.
For our residents. For our neighbors. For St. Pete.
We reject the idea that housing should cost you your freedom.
We built Ease to help solve the affordability crisis in America. We reject the premise that housing and transportation must consume 40% of your income, leaving you stressed and living paycheck to paycheck.
Our rents will never exceed 80% AMI. Our mission is to be the nicest, best-priced small apartment in every downtown community we serve.
By eliminating the necessity of car ownership and passing along the savings of parking-light development, we can save each of our residents almost $17,000 a year—while simultaneously improving quality of life.
Our hope is those savings—nearly $5M annually when combined—enable greater freedom, choice, and quality of life for our residents.
We hope those dollars are reinvested in our community by our residents doing the things they love—whether that’s rock climbing at Vertical Ventures, or walking down the street for a coffee at Bandit.
Beyond the impact on our residents, we believe in supporting the causes near and dear to our heart. See our commitments below.
Putting our rent roll where our heart is.
Three ways Ease gives back to the people and places that make St. Petersburg worth living in.
Discounted Housing for People Doing Good
We believe that the best way we can support the causes we care about is by supporting the people that do the hardest work in our communities. Police officers, firefighters, nurses, teachers, and social workers all receive $100/month discounts off their base rent.

Dedicated Artist Housing
Artists and creatives helped make St. Pete the world-class city it is today. We’re dedicated to preserving housing that supports artists and protects St. Pete’s weirdness. In partnership with the Warehouse Arts District Association, 30 of our units are dedicated to artists and creatives.
